Sourced research
promIQ reads the product website, searches publicly available information and evaluates the documents you supply. Every finding is stored together with where it came from, not merely copied as text.
Evidence layer
Each claim carries a source, a confidence value and an assessment of data quality. In the approval view you can see which sentence rests on manufacturer data and which on a weaker find.
Independent models
promIQ uses leading language models through interchangeable providers. Which model handles a given task is configuration, not hard-wired — so the system stays independent of any single vendor.
Your own media takes priority
Upload real product photography and you will not receive invented images. For a baker, a generated loaf shows bread that does not exist. Generated images are used only where no photograph exists, and they are labelled as generated.
Approval with a reason
Rejecting a draft requires a reason. Decision, reason and timestamp are retained, so it stays clear later who approved what.
Schedules that adjust themselves
The system measures response per channel and shortens or lengthens the intervals. When a creative tires, it proposes new ones. You can intervene at any time and trigger a campaign by hand.
Multi-client operation
Several clients in one account, with separate data, separate channel connections and separate reporting. Switching between clients changes nothing in the others.
Client portal
Your client reviews drafts and approves them without access to administration. Comments and rejection reasons stay attached to the same item.
Costs and billing
Every cost item is recorded as it occurs — model calls, image generation, publication. An invoice is produced at the press of a button and can be handed to your accounting.
Operations
promIQ runs on a dedicated server, with a daily backup and health monitoring that emails the operator when a service fails.
